Meetings in Omana’a are designed to streamline the process of scheduling, organizing, and conducting meetings, whether they are in-person or virtual from setting agendas to recording minutes.
- Once the meeting starts and users are joined through the “Join” button
- On the meeting room page, The bottom bar contains:
- On the far right, List all the joined participants
- On the right, You can view the voting during the meeting and its process.1
- On the bottom of the bar, You can control the microphone, and camera, raise a hand, share screen, and leave the call.
- The voting will appear when the voting section is reached in the agenda. ↩︎
