Meeting Room Details

Meetings in Omana’a are designed to streamline the process of scheduling, organizing, and conducting meetings, whether they are in-person or virtual from setting agendas to recording minutes.
  • Once the meeting starts and users are joined through the “Join” button
  • On the meeting room page, The bottom bar contains:
    1. On the far right, List all the joined participants
  1. On the right, You can view the voting during the meeting and its process.1
  1. On the bottom of the bar, You can control the microphone, and camera, raise a hand, share screen, and leave the call.
  1. The voting will appear when the voting section is reached in the agenda. ↩︎
