Workspaces in Omana’a are virtual collaboration spaces where users can share documents, discuss ideas, and collaborate on specific projects by clicking on the “Workspaces” tab in the menu:

• On the workspace dashboard, you can do the following:
  1. You can view recent activities related to tasks, votings, and meetings day by day and can Click on the activity to access more details or take relevant actions.

2. You can view the number of workspace tasks with the ability to click on the “Active tasks” cards to list all the tasks filtered by the workspace.

3. You can view the number of workspace votings with the ability to click on the “Votings” cards to list all the votings filtered by the workspace.

4. You can view the number of workspace meetings with the ability to click on the “Meetings” cards to list all the meetings filtered by the workspace.

5. You can create a new meeting related to the workspace through the “Add meeting” button on the middle right of the page

6. You can list the linked workspaces on the right side.
