Create Tasks Before Meeting

Meetings in Omana’a are designed to streamline the process of scheduling, organizing, and conducting meetings, whether they are in-person or virtual. From setting agendas to recording minutes.
  • Once the meeting is created and saved as “Draft”, you can easily access it anytime to fill out the agenda items:
    • You can edit the basic details, Agenda sections, and subsections.
    • To add Votings before the meeting
      1. Click on the “Add elements” button on the bottom below the agenda box.
      2. Select “Task
  • Fill in the voting information More Details
    1. Task Title
    2. Due Date
    3. Task Type
    4. Priority
    5. Add File
    6. Invite Performers
    7. Performing Conditions
