Meetings in Omana’a are designed to streamline the process of scheduling, organizing, and conducting meetings, whether they are in-person or virtual from setting agendas to recording minutes.
- To access the meeting summary,
- From the meeting page, clicking on “See summary” button

- Within the meeting summary page, you can process:
- In the far top right corner, click on “Add conclusion” to add the summary conclusion

- In the far top right corner, click on “Edit summary” button to actively edit the meeting minutes, you can do the following:
- Edit the meeting minutes, by clicking on them to edit, comment, and format:

- Once you finished, click on “Save” to save any editing.
- Otherwise, click on “Reject” to discard chnages and exit the editor mode

- In the far top right corner, click on “Invite to acceptance” to send a meeting summary for approval
- Set time for reviewing “Optional”
- Choose the reviewers persons
- Send the approval invitations

- The reviewers can access the meeting summary page, In the far top right corner:
- Click on “edit summary“, to edit or comment on any minutes sections
- Click on either “Approve” Or “Reject”

- Once the meeting summary is approved, In the far top right corner, click on “Send to signature” to ask participants to sign the summary
- Choose the signers persons
- Send the signing invitation

- The signers can access the meeting summary page, In the far top right corner
- Click on “Download summary” to download summary locally and sign it
- Then click on the “Sign” button to upload either the signed downloaded summary or the signature file

- Once the meeting summary is approved and signed by all the selected persons
- In the far top right corner, click on the “Download summary” to download the final meeting summary
