Meetings in Omana’a are designed to streamline the process of scheduling, organizing, and conducting meetings, whether they are in-person or virtual from setting agendas to recording minutes.
- Before the admin starts the meeting, should verify the quorum if it’s reached
- At every meeting participants should either confirm their attendee or not through the attendance bar below the meeting name
- On the top of the participants’ box, there’s a mark indicating the quorum status
- Once the meeting is approved, users can start the meeting through the meeting page by
- Click on the “Join” button on the top.
- Then click on the “Start meeting” to enable the participants the join
- The “Change meeting date” button display depends on the quorum status, if a quorum is not reached will display otherwise will not display.
- Once the meeting is started, users can end the meeting through the meeting page by
- Click on the “End” button on the top.
- The meeting will be ended and capture all the written data and intervals of time taken in the auto-generated summary.
