Start & End Meeting

Meetings in Omana’a are designed to streamline the process of scheduling, organizing, and conducting meetings, whether they are in-person or virtual from setting agendas to recording minutes.
  • Before the admin starts the meeting, should verify the quorum if it’s reached
    1. At every meeting participants should either confirm their attendee or not through the attendance bar below the meeting name
  1. On the top of the participants’ box, there’s a mark indicating the quorum status
  • Once the meeting is approved, users can start the meeting through the meeting page by
    1. Click on the “Join” button on the top.
  1. Then click on the “Start meeting” to enable the participants the join
  • The “Change meeting date” button display depends on the quorum status, if a quorum is not reached will display otherwise will not display.
  • Once the meeting is started, users can end the meeting through the meeting page by
    1. Click on the “End” button on the top.
  • The meeting will be ended and capture all the written data and intervals of time taken in the auto-generated summary.
