Agenda Subsections Types

Meetings in Omana’a are designed to streamline the process of scheduling, organizing, and conducting meetings, whether they are in-person or virtual from setting agendas to recording minutes.
  • Once the meeting is created and saved as “Draft”, you can easily access it anytime to set up the agenda items:
    1. You can edit the basic details
    2. You can add a main section through the “Add Section” button
  • Once you want to create subsections items within the main sections through the “Add Subsection” button, we have five main types:
  1. Text: a general sub-section for discussion, you can fill in:
    • Title.
    • Duration.
    • Description.
    • Add Files.

  1. Voting: a voting session during the meeting, you can fill in: Voting Guide
    • Voting Title.
    • Duration.
    • Voting Type.
    • Voting Quorum.
    • Vote Secrecy.
    • Description.
    • Add Files.
    • Add Voting Elements “Options”.
    • Assign the performers1 “the participants in the section” With their role in the voting

  1. Task: a task session during the meeting, you can fill in: Task Guide
    • Task Title.
    • Duration.
    • Description.
    • Add Performing Conditions.
    • Add Files.

  1. Voting Result: a voting summary and result of the voting session before the meeting3, you can fill in:
    • Title.
    • Duration.
    • Select the voting before the meeting that needs to be shown its result.
    • Description.
    • Add Files.

  1. Task Result: a task summary and result of the task session before the meeting3, you can fill in:
    • Title.
    • Duration.
    • Select the task before the meeting that needs to be shown its result.

  1. The performers’ list is selected depending if they participate in the main section or not ↩︎
  2. The presenters’ list is selected depending if they participate as performers in the same subsection or not ↩︎
  3. The result of the voting or task will be enabled to display only with elements before the meeting and must be created at first. ↩︎
